1. Prayer Pose-


Stand on the edge of your seat (yoga matte), keep your two claws together and put the full weight equally on both feet. Flood your chest and keep shoulders loose. 2. Raised Arms Pose-

and not turning backward.

3. Hand to Foot Pose-
